Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their early aughts romance in 2021, tied the knot a year later, and began a protracted real estate search which resulted in them landing a dreamy love nest:

A contemporary Georgian-style estate in Beverly Hills, which they purchased for $60.8 million in May 2023. But the year after settling into the colossal abode, Lopez and Affleck separated.

Their divorce was made official in January 2025, and yet the eight-figure vestige of their reunion remained. The former flames’ shared SoCal mansion had been on the market since July 2024, but failed to find a new owner. In 2025, and again in 2026, the pair delisted the home.

Now, there’s an update: a property transfer is underway. Here’s everything we know about Bennifer’s marital mansion.

After spending nearly two years searching for their newlywed dream house, Lopez and Affleck picked up their $60.8 million Beverly Hills mansion in May 2023. At the time, it was recorded as the most expensive celebrity real estate transaction that year. The 2000s-built property, dubbed the Wallingford estate, served as the pair’s primary home.

During their short residency, Lopez and Affleck managed to squeeze in renovations that reportedly cost millions of dollars. Thanks to their investments, the 38,000-square-foot property now features new hardwood floors and fresh paint in the double-height foyer and formal dining room; a detached two-bedroom guardhouse; and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse.

Elsewhere, there’s a 12-car garage, a large V-shaped infinity pool, and outdoor living and dining space to round out the couple’s A-list amenities. Other highlights of the home include an indoor sports complex, wood-burning fireplaces, and a spacious glam room.

The couple split with their shared compound in 2025—and the struggle to sell began

Lopez and Affleck listed the manse mid-July 2024 for $68 million. After months of separation rumors, the former power couple finalized their divorce in January 2025. The duo agreed to split any profits from the sale of their former marital home, per Realtor. The house spent months on the market before they slashed the price by $8 million in May 2025, then eventually took it off the market altogether.

The listing game didn’t end there. The former couple listed, then took down the house in July 2025. The mansion was relisted in September 2025 with a reduced price tag of $52 million—once again slashing the price by nearly $8 million from their initial asking price. Despite multiple price cuts, the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom pad still remains without a buyer. Property records show that Affleck and Lopez removed the listing in January 2026,
