Jennifer Lopez Embraces Loud Luxury With an Incredible $30,000 Accessory While Attending Teen Emme’s Play
Jennifer Lopez is ditching her boho festival style in favor of rich mom glamour.
Just days after making her Coachella debut in a bedazzled bodysuit, the “On the Floor” singer was in proud-parent mode as she stepped out for a special show on April 15. She dressed to impress for the occasion, accessorizing with a rare $30,000 crocodile Birkin bag from her priceless collection.
Lopez embraced transitional dressing as she watched her teen Emme perform in a high school play, illustrating the pair’s shared love of theater. The “Save Me Tonight” singer made an entrance in a ‘90s-coded beige trench coat, which she rolled up to her elbows, slinging her chocolate brown crocodile Hermès Birkin bag over her arm. The in-demand bag is currently reselling for just over $30,000.
Lopez matched her statement handbag to her glossy thigh-high stiletto leather boots, which added several inches to her stature.
The Kiss of the Spider Woman actress ditched her signature bombshell blowout, styling her caramel-highlighted brown hair in a low-updo with wispy tendrils framing her face. Smokey eyeshadow,
sculpted cheekbones, and a mauve lip finished off her look.
Lopez has been a consistent attendee at Emme’s plays over the years, even attending performances with ex-husband Ben Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The former couple’s child Fin, 17,
is also part of the school’s theater program, and Lopez, Affleck, and Garner were spotted crossing paths at a play starring both teens last December.
While the multi-hyphenate was solo at the latest performance, her relationship with Affleck recently made headlines.
The actor reportedly recently surrendered his portion of their former $52 million marital home to Lopez a few weeks ago. Their Beverly Hills mansion was originally listed at $68 million when Lopez and Affleck first put it on the market in July 2024, and it’s undergone several price cuts as it’s gone on and off the market. Most recently, property records show that Lopez and Affleck took it
off the market in January.
Per The Daily Mail, an updated property settlement stipulation filed on April 9 designated Lopez as “solely responsible for all expenses [associated] with any future sale of her interest in the
Wallingford Residence, including but not limited to broker’s commissions, applicable taxes, closing costs, etc.” The documents also suggested a future transfer of property when Lopez relists it in the future.
